Miraque Hicks, a dynamic entrepreneur in Talent Acquisition and HR, is the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Black Excellence Network, LLC. She brings to the Black Excellence Network a wealth of experience in executive leadership, having worked with prominent tech companies and startups.

In addition to her role at the Black Excellence Network, she is also the CEO and founder of Miracle Recruiting, LLC. Miracle Recruiting's mission is to simplify HR and Talent Acquisition for startups as they scale and ensure that companies hire diversely and create cultures where all can thrive and feel supported. Miraque has successfully rolled out recruiting processes, HR programs, and DEI initiatives for companies of various sizes. Her passion for recruiting and HR, especially in the tech startup ecosystem, has driven her to help smaller companies scale effectively.

 

Furthermore, Miraque is the CEO and founder of The Security Job Board, a platform dedicated to connecting security talent with job opportunities, creating a platform that allows top companies to hire diverse physical and cybersecurity professionals around the US.
